There are a number of reasons why it may take longer to receive your order.
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- The payment has not yet reached us.
- The parcel may have been sent by us but not yet delivered.
The product you ordered is out of stock.
A product may be out of stock. This is indicated on our webshop with a message. We will then take your order into backorder and as soon as we get the item back in stock we will send it immediately. This is usually the case within a few days. If it takes longer, you can contact our customer service via this form. They can then tell you when we expect to dispatch your order.
We have not yet received your payment.
Your payment may not have reached us. If a payment has failed, you will receive an email suggesting another payment method. This may have ended up in your spam. We can check this for you if you fill in this form. If the payment failed, we can then send you a new link to pay for the order.
The parcel has been sent by us but has not yet been delivered.
- It may be that the parcel service is very busy or has a breakdown. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. If you have received a track & trace, the shipment is at least on its way to you. It will often also indicate that the shipment has been delayed.
- This overview shows the average delivery time. If the parcel has exceeded the maximum delivery time by more than 48 hours, it may have been lost. You can find out what to do here.
